Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant / Public Area Attendant to maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of guest rooms, villas, and assigned public areas. The successful candidate will help deliver 5-star housekeeping standards and ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. At Samara Lombok, housekeeping plays an important role in creating memorable guest experiences and building confidence in our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, villas, bathrooms, balconies, and outdoor living areas according to established standards.
- Replenish guest amenities, linens, towels, and housekeeping supplies.
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly.
- Clean and maintain assigned public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other guest facilities.
- Ensure public areas remain clean, tidy, and presentable throughout the day.
- Restock supplies in assigned public areas when required.
- Follow housekeeping SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
- Support deep cleaning and special housekeeping projects.
- Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, villa, or hospitality environment.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning equipment.
- Good attention to detail and time management.
- Willing to learn and follow housekeeping standards and SOPs.
- Willing to be relocated to Lombok.
