Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Operations Leader to oversee the daily operation of our spa and wellness facilities. The Spa Operations Leader is responsible for maintaining 5-star service standards, developing the spa team, and ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional, and personalized wellness experience. The Spa Operations Leader plays an important role in delivering exceptional wellness experiences that complement the overall guest journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the spa and wellness facilities.
- Ensure treatment rooms and spa facilities are clean, organized, and ready for guests.
- Monitor daily appointments, therapist schedules, and operational readiness.
- Handle guest requests and resolve service issues promptly.
- Lead, coach, and develop spa therapists and wellness staff.
- Provide on-the-job training and maintain spa SOPs.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and guest-focused service.
- Maintain high service standards across all spa operations.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and products meet hygiene and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with the Experience Team, Housekeeping, and Engineering to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury spa, wellness, resort, or hospitality operations.
- Previous leadership experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, wellness retreat, or destination spa.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness concepts, and guest care.
- Proven experience in staff training and team development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational and operational management abilities.
- Passion for wellness, hospitality, and guest experience.
- Fluent English required.
- Willing to be relocated to Lombok.
