Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and passionate bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service and memorable guest experiences. The bartender is responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining 5-star service standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. The bartender plays an important role in delivering personalised service and supporting the overall guest journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards.
- Ensure the bar is clean, organised, fully stocked, and ready for service.
- Monitor beverage quality, stock levels, and expiry dates.
- Handle guest orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow cash handling and POS procedures when required.
- Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to every guest.
- Recommend beverages and assist guests with menu selections.
- Maintain 5-star service standards throughout every guest interaction.
- Handle guest requests and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support special events and hospitality functions as required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar equipment and work areas.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and coffee preparation.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willing to relocate to Lombok.
