Role Overview
The role involves managing health, safety, and environmental compliance across construction, infrastructure, or property development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement safety measures.
- Manage Permit to Work (PTW) processes.
- Conduct workplace incident investigations.
- Facilitate safety toolbox meetings.
- Maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with international management, contractors, and project teams to ensure compliance with HSE standards and support on-site operations in Lombok.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HSE.
- Valid General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certificate issued under the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker R-I/BNSP).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Good understanding of Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Permit to Work (PTW), incident investigation, and toolbox meetings.
- Willing to work on-site in Lombok and support operational requirements as needed.
Nice to Have
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, or property development projects.
